If there is reasonable suspicion that copyright or any other intellectual property right has been infringed by an AttributeMarketing.com member/partner, we will disclose to the author of the material the computer log of members that browsed the material in question prior to the infringement taking place.

If we are requested by the police or by a regulatory or government authority to provide information concerning your activities while using the site, we
shall do so. We will also disclose your personal data if we are compelled to do so by law.


It is possible that we, our subsidiaries, partners, joint ventures or any combination of such could merge with or be acquired by another business
